Get help with Speech Assistant Offline
Make sure your device runs the latest available version of the app and requires ios 26 or later. Closing and reopening the app can resolve a temporary camera, microphone, photo-library, or display issue.
Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. You can review, change, or cancel a subscription in your device's Apple Account subscription settings. Refund eligibility and billing questions are handled by Apple Support.
Feature access
If a feature cannot access a device resource it needs, open iOS Settings, find Speech Assistant Offline, and review the permissions available for that feature.
